You may have seen the video we posted earlier in the week of the present day Gunn & Moore factory in Nottingham, where all of their English Willow bats are still manufactured.

The current GM factory is the most technologically advanced cricket bat factory on the planet, with the capacity to produce any shape of bat on their unique CNC machine.

Here’s a look back at their factory in the 1930′s. We can only imagine the smell of willow and linseed oil in that place!
