During the England vs India ODI, Ben Stokes gave the 2012 Puma bat it’s first airing.
We’re unsure of names, but the first low quality photo is below. We’ll keep this page updated with more photos and news as they come through from the game.

THAT’S JUST THE PUMA CALIBRE (AUSTRALIAN VERSION)!!!!!!!!

Afraid you’re very wrong. Compare the colour of the Puma logo against the current 2011 UK and the Australia version.
Shape of the stickers is different too.
I’d be bitterly disappointed if that was part of the 2012 range. It looks almost identical to the 2011 Calibre (AUS).
The 2011 Calibre Aus is the same as the 2011 Calibre UK. 2012 UK is different and used by Ben Stokes above. The differences are pretty big, can point them out bit by bit if you’d like?
Puma are also bringing out a new bat – the Cobalt.
For a start check out the colour schemes. Yellow is at the top on this Ben Stokes bat. On the 2011 UK/AUS it’s below the Blue.
Tom,do you know when the Cobalt and any new bats (if any) are coming out?
Cobalt and updated Calibre are out in November. Bionic will come out in Feb.
the new puma calibre is purple and orange. the colbalt is yellow and blue and the karbon is red and blue. the bionic is grey and red.
Agreed I have the new calibre, it has such a low middle but spreads quite high into the bat so the pick up is balanced and is prime for driving
