Earlier this week Slazenger lost talismanic Australian captain Michael Clarke, but it was announced today that, England strike bowler Chris Tremlett has put pen to paper to use and endorse Slazenger equipment.

The Surrey seamer, formerly a Woodworm contracted player will be using the Slazenger equipment for the first time in England’s upcoming tour against Pakistan in Abu Dhabi. England will be aiming to brush aside a weakened Pakistan side, with Salman Butt, Mohammad Amir and Mohammad Asif all suspended, and remain the number one test team in the world.

Slazenger now have five England regulars using their gear in the form of Anderson, Bresnan, Morgan, Prior and new signing Tremlett.
