Warsop have gone through on interesting phase of naming bats recently, since losing Ravi Bopara to Gunn & Moore they’ve brought out a number of jazzy stickered bats. Names such as the Marlin, Scorpion and Killer (after Killer whale) adorned with stickers of their respective animals have no doubt raised a few eyebrows in the Essex members stands.

For 2012 they’ve introduced the Minotaur, having seemingingly run out of real animals to use on their stickers. The Essex made bat is clad with a large front sticker featuring the mythical Greek bull and is looking to retail at between £200 and £250.

This particular bat was spied in the Warsop showroom by forum member EssexArsenal, and when the Warsop guys backs were turned he managed to snap a sneaky photo on his phone. A bit blurry, but you get the idea…
